Shipping Claims

Damage claims, notated or concealed, must be reported to Everest within 15 days of the delivery date. Claims will be denied if reported past 15 days, if the dealer used their own carrier or if the damaged unit was transported from the original ship-to location. Damage pictures, descriptions, and order information are required to complete the process.
